One of the most common questions I get is, “What do you eat?”What a broad question…I eat a lot of different things…sometimes what I eat isn’t as good for me as other times but life is all about balance so indulgent or nutrient dense, it’s all good!
This is more or less a list of what’s always in my kitchen and should be helpful for anyone getting started with healthy eating!
Fridge
- Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Eggs, Ground Flax, Chia Seeds, Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Greek Yogurt, Homemade Vegetable Stock, Lemons, Limes, Ginger, Shallots, Garlic, Carrots, Celery, White Onion, Spinach, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Green Vegetables (Broccoli, Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts), Apples, Berries, Almonds, Seeds, Medjool Dates, Prunes, Cacao Beans & Pickles (I freaking LOVE pickles!!!!)
Pantry
- Hemp Protein, Plant Based Protein Blend, Gluten Free Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Honey, Agave, Apple Sauce, Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Tahini, Nut Butter, Apple Cider Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, Red Wine Vinegar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar, Quinoa, Adzuki Beans, Garbanzo Beans, Cannelloni Beans, Plantain Chips, Pita Chips, Corn Kernels, Brown Rice & Panko.
On the Counter
- Bananas, Avocados, Fruit depending on the season (oranges, pears, peaches, pineapples), sweet potatoes and a bottle of red wine (my weakness!!!)
