Make lunch deliciously gourmet!

Simply roast a few large portobello caps for 25 minutes @ 450 with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar the night before or on Sunday evening before your work week.

When lunchtime rolls around, toss mixed greens with some aged balsamic, salt & pepper, herbed goat cheese and top with one of those sliced portobellos. With minimal effort you have a nutrient packed lunch that tastes incredible!
